Known as a generational bridge builder,she leads the transformation of workplaces across the nation through People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, DEI, and more. Whether launching recruiting strategies that improve market image, establishing internal equity of compensation initiatives, culture integration, or corporate & social responsibility planning, her performance has been of great impact and effectiveness.

After a 10+ year career bringing a wealth of HR knowledge helping organizations optimize their business and professionals develop their careers at every level, she left corporate and started iHRU, a consulting firm designed to help employees and employers navigate the workforce. As that grew, she expanded the business to productize and scale those services and solutions through tech. She continues to grow companies that set a bar for innovation and creativity to improve employment experience securing equity and ethical treatment for all.

She LOVES giving, especially to the youth.

She wants to help our youth understand how the world works and that changing how you do things makes a change in the world for others and for the better. Her giving is always direct as she is very committed to being impactful in her community through her time and monetary donations.

Community advancement, economic development, women’s empowerment, advocating for diverse leadership, and embracing the next generation has been and continues to be her passion.

Writing is not only a hobby of hers but also a career. Having previously written and published her own book under her own company, she is now writing her second piece titled “Underestimated.” She looks forward to releasing her documented entrepreneurial journey for other minorities building a business organically detailing the adversities and victories along the way. This faith based content walks the audience from light bulb ideas to dream manifestation.

She has a level of determination and focus that is amazing and it has a purpose that really drives her. My favorite thing about her is kindness, she loves to give and help people on her own. Watching her do random surprises just because they were having a bad day, or she saw a talent in them so she wanted to encourage that, or they were always working hard and she felt they needed more than what they make, she is always above and beyond. I’ve never seen anyone with a heart and actions like hers.

It’s always a pleasure working with Chelsea, she’s so magnetic when she’s in her zone. Youth love her and find her wisdom so relatable and they respect her transparency to reach them and help them make good decisions. I’ve watched the most unengaged of teenagers and adults unsure of how to change, gravitate to her and start doing things they’ve never done before. Her knowledge about the workforce and being an entrepreneur is extensive and she always delivers a statement that breaks ground for your next level and prepares you for every move.
